The Faculty Rights Committee of the School of Medicine provides a mechanism to assist faculty members in resolving conflicts with supervisors. Faculty from the School of Medicine are also welcome to serve as “at-large” representatives to the University-wide Faculty Senate Council or the Academic Freedom and Tenure Committee.
Other opportunities to become involved in faculty governance include:

- The Faculty Diversity Committee
- “At large” representation on the Faculty Practice Plan
